Ray Petkevis

Ray is a licensed Realtor in both Delaware and New Jersey in addition to his role as Principal/Owner of Delaware Realty Group,  He is also a real estate investor and property manager for his personal rental properties ranging from New Jersey to Virginia. Suffice it to say, Ray knows the real estate industry inside and out, both as a buyer, seller and investor.

At the beginning of 2015, Ray was named CEO of Keller Williams’ Wilmington Market Center. Located in Wilmington, Delaware, with a Business Center in Kennett Square, PA; Keller Williams Wilmington has over 140 agents and is responsible for more than 500 Real Estate Transactions per year at a sales volume of over $140,000,000 in gross sales. During his tenure he grew the Market Center to one of the top Real Estate offices in the market and increased market share by 45% in his first 12 months in the role.

Prior to his connection with Keller Williams, Ray worked for Ryan Homes at multiple communities throughout NJ and DE. He also worked for Blenheim Homes at The Village of Bayberry North and The Ponds at Bayberry South. During his time at Ryan Homes, Ray was recognized as the “Rookie of the Year” for his region and went on to win various other awards for excellence in sales and customer service. Also during his tenure with Ryan Homes, Ray was regularly ranked among the Top 100 of Ryan Homes’ sales force nationwide, both for sales production and customer service. While at Blenheim Homes, he was part of a team that sold over 100 homes per year.

Even before becoming immersed in the real estate industry, Ray Petkevis spent the previous decade working in Sales and Marketing in the Newspaper Industry. He handled advertising campaignsfor all of the casinos in Atlantic City, including the grand opening launch of the Borgata Casino Hotel and Spa. He worked directly with all brands of automobile manufacturers at the national, regional and local levels and was one of three individuals who introduced the Delaware Auto Show at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, which has become an annual event attended by over 15,000 people per year. Ray’s last role during his Newspaper career was as the Director of Classified Advertising for Philly.com / Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News, where he was part of the re-launch of philly.com, acting as the direct point of contact for the Automotive, Recruitment, and Real Estate departments within the new brand partners of Yahoo.comMonster.com, and Zillow.com.

Ray currently resides in Middletown, Delaware with his wife Amy and his son Jake, who are the two great loves of his life.
